No one likes it when things become more expensive to purchase. The chipset, RAM and storage are all at par with the most powerful Android device right now. Pocophone's partner in all this is Xiaomi , a name more will know. The 6.18-inch Pocophone F1 runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 chipset with 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage (expandable via MicroSD card).

When the Pocophone F1 was first launched in India, it blew the collective minds of smartphone users across the world with its Snapdragon 845 chipset, liquid cooling system and 4,000mAh battery. The contrast ratio of 1,371:1 also does justice to the images captured with the Pocophone's dual rear camera arrangement.

But (and I cannot and will not emphasize this enough) you'd be hard-pressed to find a phone with a better display at this price point - or even double that - than this phone. Xiaomi isn't just aiming at OnePlus of course, but also at others in this increasingly competitive market segment, which is garnering ever geeks more attention as prices of top-end smartphones continue to soar.

Shooting in bright and well-balanced lighting outdoors, our natural test images generally displayed accurate target exposures with good contrast, which helped the Pocophone F1 achieve a good score in our perceptual analysis of outdoor exposure. They managed to outdo themselves through the Pocophone.

On the software side of things, the POCO F1 is running MIUI 9.6 with a few extra additions. Although the Pocophone F1 is known for speed and mainly for gaming, it packs a decent dual rear camera setup. However, considering the price point, the phone has a mediocre display.

While not exactly a bug, I didn't like how the Pocophone handled automatic screen brightness. If that happens, we'll make sure to update our Pocophone F1 review accordingly. Another feature that I was glad to find is the 3.5mm audio jack, which has been omitted from many flagship phones, except for Samsung models.
